Your appointment at Vitality Vision Med Spa & Wellness is reserved especially for you. We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
When an appointment is missed or canceled without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to offer that time to another client, and those on our waiting list miss the chance to receive care and services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
This policy allows us adequate time to notify clients on our waiting list and helps ensure our providers’ schedules remain fully utilized so we can continue delivering high-quality care and service to all clients.
